Extreme Shoulder pain

i have had extreme pain in my right shoulder and limited motion for about 6 months. i went to a doctor and they did x-rays and prescribed anti-inflammatory and muscle relaxers and diagnosed me with tendonitis. months went by and i was resting my shoulder as much as possible. things have gotten worse and the pain is almost unbearable...especially when i sneeze, cough, and ESPECIALLY yawning! it is a  constant dull throbbing and comes in waves of extreme pain. accompanied with insomnia, tension headaches, painful pressure points, limited motion. i have been taking tylenol but honestly it isnt helping much. it is especally bad when i am laying down trying to relax at night, or when the whether is cold outside. i am wondering if this could be the condition know as "Frozen Shoulder?" and if there is any at home remedies for easing the pain or any over the counter meds to relieve some of the tension and pain. thank you.
