Gastric Sleeve, Spinal Fusion and Pain injections

I am having an excessive amount of pain in my lower back. I had Gastric Sleeve surgery and I also had spinal fusion surgery. I had the Spinal fusion surgery revised 2-3 times. I have this extreme cramp and spasm in my lower back and it hurts a lot. The pain management doctors already did pain injections, but this was 2 years ago. Anyone have any advice?
