Help! Horrible knee pain!

I had major knee surgery in 1988 when I was 18 years old. Since then, I've had two more less invasive knee surgeries cleaning up the same knee and now it is just bone on bone. I am 46 years old, and suffer from a condition known as Minere's disease - vertigo, which causes me to fall.  I fell this past weekend on my knee and have a huge hematoma on my knee where the scar is. The nerve pain is HORRIBLE. I take Lyrica for pain but it is not helping. What can I do if anything?? Help!!!

I am so sorry to hear your story.
I wish there was a doctor on here
I started taking so many things to help my back pain both before and after the surgery.
I had to have two.
So....I started taking collagen 1 and 3.  While that helped my skin as in softer, I didn't notice a lot of help with pain.
Then I found something called Serrapeptase.  It is supposed to help the body dissolve old scars.
Since I felt that I probably had a lot of scar tissue I started taking it in March 2016.
I don't know for sure but I think this is helping me.
I don't sell it or get it for free but I truly honestly believe it is helping me.
Another thing I used before the pain went away was a numbing patch called a lidoderm patch.  It is not a narcotic.  It is a numbing patch with an ingredient like a dentist uses.  My Dad is using it now for his knee pain.
No side effects for me unless it kept me awake some times.
You can wear it for 12 hours at a time, then take it off

I hope this helps.  I'm sorry for slow response, I was hoping someone else would answer
