Too much Ibuprofin?

I accidentally took 1400mg ibuprofen within the span of 16 hours, I thought it was 100mg tablets but it was 200mg tablets. I'm 24 years old and I weigh 140lb. Will I be okay? Or is it too much and I should get checked out?

Hi there,  while you have not exceeded the daily dose with that amount, it is more than what you are supposed to take at one time.  As we don't know anything else about your medical history, the best thing is to call your doctor today and let them know that you've taken this amount.  They will guide you if there is any follow up to be done.  So, please call your doctor for assistance.
