I always thought your refills were good for one year.

I always thought you had one year from prescription given to get the refills. Recently I was told that I waited to long to refill my Tramadol by a few hours. The refill must be filled by 30 days, not 31. I lost the refill even though the bottle said must be filled by 12/21/2017. What's up with that? How do you lose a refill that way?

I'm not sure what the laws in your state are but in Texas you can only refill narcotics/opiods within 7 days of the eligible day. I've run into this problem before.

This makes no sense!
I am so sorry.
Due to the opoid epidemic chronic/persistent pain patents are suffering.  Their does are being reduced.
It is a nightmare out there Only going to get worse. The pendulum is swinging the other way.
