I failed pee test I ran out of pain meds 1 day early took a norco

I had breast cancer in 2013 had mastectomy and breast reconstructive and have pain all the time I was going to cancer center but since I'm cancer free now has to go to pain clinic I failed pee test I ran out of pain meds and have pain all the time I was wondering if you can please tell how to talk to doct I told him what happen last time and he said ok. Look I don't sell my pills they treated me like a criminal
I like my doct so what should I do

What if I were to through out the thought on the table that says "you probably aren't in pain anymore and you're just addicted to pills?" Don't be offended, you wouldn't be the first. Just think, if you get off of all the narcs and tranqs, you'll never have to deal with all the nonsense that goes along with scripts like timing your pills, running out, kissing up to docs, etc..... not sayin' you do that, but just sayin'
