I have hardware in my back is kyroplasty or vertaplasty and option

I am on pain medication however my Dr's don't seem to want to work with me on the dosages and I'm in extreame pain even with the meds. I have 2rods and spinal fusion but T5 is mainly the are that gives me the most pain. Iv heard different things from different Dr's and I don't wanna have to go to several surgeons for opinions if is nothing that can be done. One surgeon told me for that region of the back there's not much anyone could do however she wasn't the surgeon but the PA surgeon assistant. I also have foot drop and a spinal cord Injury so my. one vertabrea is fracture that runs through the superior and inferior vertabrea
Main question is

Does having hardware In your back automaticly disqualify you as a candidate for compression fracture procedures like kyroplasty

It may not be an automatic disqualification but if I were you- I would be seeking out a spine surgeon at a large teaching/ major medical center that specializes in complex spinal issues before considering surgery.
