Pain in left arm and , short breathing, anxity

I am suffering for pain in left arm for last 3 - 4 years. My doctor said that i am in a very begining statge of neck cervical.

but i am still in confusion that it is realy a cervical neck problem.

Normal symptoms are: tiredness, continuous moving pain in left arm to back, short breathing , anxity.

but symptoms are somehow , matching with heart problem.
I have gone for ECG and there was nothing wrong in ECG.

i am fat and having more weight (210 lb).  Please any one help me with solution what should i do ?

Thanks for your valuable input.

I am realy scared of heart problem.

i have taken another opinion from the doctor, before an year.

I was also undergone through ECHO test, which was also normal.

Obviously you should get a second opinion. Cervical neck can cover your breathing as well though. The pain in your arm sounds like it could easily be c5 nerve (cervical 5). It sounds like you are scared of a heart attack, which being overweight can increase this risk. High stress, family history, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol can all increase the risk as well. I'd get tested for those things as well if heart problems/circulation problems are your fear.
