Pain in right side

I have had this pain in my right side around to my lower back for about 10 years. It feels like it is swollen and could compare it to the pain of a bruise I guess, though in the lower back part is a sharper pain. I have had ultrasounds done on my kidneys, pancreas, and liver. My gallbladder was removed about 4 years ago but the pain is still here and worse. Nothing I do seems to ease it, I tried losing weight, I lost almost 20lbs but that did not help, I walk for exercise, I do not eat much at a time, I eat small meals throughout the day. I wear loose pants to the point where they almost fall off me. Pain medications do not ease it any. It is driving me crazy!!!!! Any suggestions to what might be causing it so I can bring it up to my doctor?
Thank you

Do you have any symptoms with your period? Or is that all normal?

What you might be feeling is scar tissue from the Gallbladder surgery.

Yes, I have been going to my Dr. and he can't seem to find anything, he has had a lot of different tests done but everything comes back fine.
