Pain management contract and test

I have been getting 10/325 norcos (90 a month) for about a year due to ongoing knee and hip problems.  I had an appointment on Monday because I really messed my knee up, doc thinks torn miniscus. I told him that I might need my refil a couple days early due to the injury and he said no problem. I requested it today, 2 days before my normal refil date, and he filled it. I got a call from his office just now wanting me to come sign a pain management agreement and take a pee test.

Is this a sign of distrust? I have never requested early before and it would seem too great of a coincidence, but he seemed very nonchalant about the early refil when I asked him in person. And regarding the urine test, I assume he wants to make sure I'm taking the norco instead of selling it, which I am, but I also smoke pot. Pot is legal in Ca, but is this going to cause an issue?

Also Norco did little to help me so I was prescribed morphine 15mgs 3x"s a day. It worked better but now Um on oxycodone 5ngs 3x's a day, a very low dose but it was a little better for the pain then morphine. Its not addicting for me either because I never take more than 3 pills a day. If your taking 10 norco's a day they should switch you on something else. These pain management Doctors look upon almost everyone as being suspiciously in pain. Make's me mad. Also the OA that prescribe's these meds are under a great deal if stress, distrust because the government monitors them. Its really really bad in this country.

On Friday I went to pain management and they made me sign the same exact thing. Don't worry they are doing this because if the government's war on opioids. Its a Disgrace for us but thats what they are told to do.I didn't have to give a urine test. That's usually once a year for a urine test or when you are prescribed a different med. Why?! Because unfortunately people sell these drugs for profit which is a felony. Don't smoke marijuana or anything else because they also want to know if your a drug abuser. Pain patients are under attack and so are the Doctors!!
