Just know that it's different taking every day for chronic pain as the label itself mentions that it should not be taken for more than 10 day unless directed by a physician.

And if someone has stomach issues like an ulcer, or kidney disease....NSAIDs can be very dangerous.

So it seems as if Suzanne was asking to take this every day for chronic pain and that should be up to a Dr. to make sure this is safe.

Yes, that's lower than the recommended dosage of 200-400 mg every 8 hours that I've seen on most ibuprofen packages.

It's always best to check with your Dr. in case you have any other health issues where NSAIDs effect you negatively. No one online can tell you whether something is safe or not for you personally as we are all different.
