Suffering intolerable pain inside of skin

My wife is 33 years old. She is suffering intolerable pain inside of skin of both hands. She does not hook up anything. This pain feeling in the morning is high then it is reducing slowly. Sometimes she also is feeling pain in bone. As per doctor advice she completed some test as follow:

Did your wife's pain start when she started taking these medications? If so, then I would say it's one of the medications that's causing her pain.
I don't see anything in her blood work that could cause her pain. Everything looks within normal range. I'm not a Dr though.
I do recommend she see her Dr to tell him/her what's going on.
I'll be happy to look up her medications to see if this is a possible side effect.
