Three Great New Features

Hello Members,

I am pleased to announce that MedHelp has just released 3 new features. They are accessible from our site:

- Symptom Checker
- Drug Interaction Checker &
- Pill Identifier

Our Symptom Tracker is an interactive tool that allows you to enter your symptom(s) which brings up links to conditions from our comprehensive health database which may be associated with your symptoms. It's located on the activity panel on our communities and has a search box area for inputting symptoms right from your community, and is easy to use!

Once in the Symptom Tracker you can navigate to our Pill Identifier and/or Drug Interaction Checker.

Our Drug Interaction Checker allows you to enter your drugs and reveals possible interactions and key links for thorough information. It's very easy to use.

Our Pill Identifier helps you identify pills along with links to a comprehensive database of information on the medications, etc. It's simple to use by entering the medication name or clicking on graphics of what it looks like, etc..

While using our any of these tools you may access our tags/keywords, Medical Glossary or Video Areas.If you have any questions please feel free to send me a PM and I will try to assist you. I'm confident you all will find these new features helpful and informational.

thx tuck...sorry haven't gotten back to this forum for a bit...yes this info helps alot thx again....I was assuming symptom tracker could be added to our profile page as a regular update...still learning

These are some really great new features and I urge everyone to take advantage of them.

There are no "dumb" questions.I'm sorry if I wasn't as clear as I could have been.

It's located on the activity panel on our communities and has a search box area for inputting symptoms right from our community.

Once in the Symptom Tracker you can navigate to our Pill Identifier and/or Drug Interaction Checker, as well as go to our tags/keywords, Medical Glossary or Video areas.

Both our Drug Interaction Checker & Pill Identifier are accessed by going into Health Topics at the top of each page and then going into the "Drugs" section and hit the "Drugs" icon or "See All".

Look on the bottom right side of this page and you will see in the activity panel the words SYMPTOM TRACKER. There is a stethoscope in the box. I hope this helps. Please let me know if you are able to locate it or not.

this is probably a really dumb question but how do I access these trackers?
when I click on 'trackers & calculators" at the right hand side all it shows is 4 trackers and the ones you mentioned arn't one of those.
I can't find anywhere to click on for additional trackers.
