Is neuropathic because a nerve compression or damage problem has not been found, or is cannabis like the off-label uses for pure anti-depressants? "The patient stopped complaining, so it works!" Despite the patient being too doped out to remember pains, difficulties, or otherwise have a coherant thought... Awaiting the pitchforks and torches.
