URQ pain

About 2 1/2 years ago I was doing an abdominal crunch on my couch ( I know dumb) and woke up the next day feeling like I had a stomach ache. Over the next few days the pain intensified and although seemed to be centered in my upper abdomen just to the right of my midsection, radiated all along my right side. The pain will last for weeks and then go away for weeks but it always comes back. I've had three ultrasounds, a HIDA scan, an endoscopy, a cat scan,  a chest x-ray and an MRI. All have come back negative. The pain is controlling my life and I don't know how much longer I can take it.

Is it possible that I so severely tore or ripped a stomach muscle that it will never heal? Could I have pulled ligaments or tendons in my stomach and if so, can they be surgically repaired?

The pain goes from sharp stabbing to feeling just like a stomach ache. I also feel pressure right under my rib cage on the right side. It feels like there's a rock in there. The pain has made me vomit a few times as well.

Help, please!!

It sounds like a ultser or something else wrong with the stomach area.2 1/2 years sounds like plenty of time to heal.A GI doctor would need to do an edg on you.Good luck
