Foot arch bruise, toe numbess, blood beneath callus, tingling and sharp pain

I would gladly appreciate if someone could tell me possibly why I have a quarter-sized bruise in my arch, why my second and sometimes all but big toe go numb and tingle, why I have blood underneath a callus on my big toe and why I get spasms of sharp pain all through my foot but intensified in the arch and also the big toe where the bruise and blood is.
Here are pictures of arch and toe:

That's more sensible and I understand your predicament.

I would suggest that you call the doctor's office and ask to speak with the nurse. Sometimes, with painful acute problems, they can fit you in or call you in case of cancellation.

Also ask the nurse to suggest things you can do to help mitigate pain and swelling.

Best wishes.

The reason why is because I don't have a doctor yet. I just recently got health insurance, I have the closest possible appointment scheduled but it's months from now. I'm not solely relying on anything on here, I was just curious as to if anyone "could tell me possibly" their thoughts on it. Believe me, if I had a doctor, I would go to him/her immediately.

I don't know why you expect that anyone here can tell you why you have this injury. This would be a question more appropriate to put to your doctor.
