What would cause oxycodone (norocodone) to show on my urine test?!

I am prescribed generic Wellbutrin 150sr twice a day. I also take generic adderall. I'm prescribed 2 10mg a day. I currently had to go do a urine test for my doctor. The first came back with 45mg of norocodone and 15 me of suboxon. The dr had called and made me retest 2 weeks later.  The next test showed up as 60mg of norocodone. I have never taken anything I am not prescribed. I take 600mg of ibuprofen (prescribed) and daily birth control. I was currently on clyndomisin for a tooth infection as well. Sometimes over the counter Zyrtec generic for allergies.  Other than that I have no idea where these results came from. The doctor uses a in home lab called "infinity lab" so I refused to take these results when I have never used such medication in my life. I made her send the next to lab foto.  I'm curious if anyone knows why this could have happened..: and what caused it?!

These urine tests are at best 95% accurate. They could be even lower depending on the lab. I'm really glad to hear you insisted your Dr use a different lab.
Some medications can show up as other medications. I wish I knew more about this but I know it can and does happen.
If, by chance, your test comes back from this different lab with the same results then your Dr needs to dig deeper to find out which one of the meds you're is causing the problem.
Another thing you can do is talk to your pharmacist. They would probably know which of your meds might becausing these false results.
