Xarelto on day one, plavix restarted 3 days okay to take both?

I had this procedure done and I am using the cpm and walking as required I am already at 70 degrees on day three but the knee is swollen and I was able to lift my leg on my on for the first few days but now my thigh is swollen and I can’t lift it at all without help. My knee was very damaged and I had many surgeries prior to total knee replacement had Donated  bone placed in the knee many years before this procedure. I am in Ted hose and have been doing my exercises they did a nerve block during surgery and I can tell that helped me a lot it hurts under my knee on the right side of knee and my thigh hurts very bad. Have a lot of fluid on top of knee not red or leaking I have a lot of heat coming from the knee and ice helps a lot. I was hoping someone has had some great advice and points they can share.

We can’t answer the question about the restarting of medications or not. That info needs to come from either your surgeons office or your primary care doctor.
In regards to the heat and swelling, increased pain and redness in your thigh, I would also suggest you contact your surgeons office and discuss this with his nurse or the surgeon himself.
They are better equipped to know what’s normal and not normal post op and your medication questions than we are.
Hope your feeling better soon and your recovery goes smoothly.
