Sleep. This one was not so apparent to me. However, it has confirmed to be the most effectual of all. I didn’t understand the value of snoozing restfully and the consequence it has on complete health. I was stirring up right through the after dark, in pain and at times in tears. I would rouse up in the early feeling like I’d been bang by a truck. Icing my knees and taking pain medication before going to bed has wrapped up more for alleviating the hurt than just about any kind else.
Take Tylenol before departure for the trip. Sit with 90 degree angle on legs for extended periods. for more information visit : http://www.americanpainfl.com/

Sometimes you have surgery and bursitis or tendonitis sets in , most of the time a MRI and a EMG can tell you if you have nerve damage and muscle weakness. I have tendonitis of the hip  and I have pelvic pain and nerve pain when I am sitting or lyeing down in my thigh that also connect to my knees and this is because of tendonitis and with tendonitis sometimes you get a little muscle weakness, I am not saying thats why you are haven these symptoms because neuropathy is also something to look into . not only people who are a diabetic has neuropathy but people who had major surgery can get it too from poor cirrculation and nerve damage..
