i am doin a project in my biology class and i was given a patient thats a police officer age 54 getting divorced and smoking to deal with it and blood pressure is 140/95.he has chest pain and tightness unable to walk more then a few step befor shortness of breath and leg pain, after pain ceased his leg felt numb for an hour. can you help me determin what he has.

I am not a doctor but it sounds like he is not getting enough oxygen and so exercise is stressing him.
The blood pressure is not bad.
He should see a pulmonary doctor and also have blood work
