The information you have given would be of great interest to the other members here on MH. We get MANY posts on here about "dirty urine" as you said, and they are always looking for reasons as to what might have happened. I am taking tramadol and the urine test shows it positive for opiates the other drugs in the sereening is cocaine methadome amp
No. It's a synthetic opiate, and is NOT one of the drugs in the drug groups that are tested for in standard urine drug screens.
The only way it will show up is if the test is testing specifically for tramadol.
