Tuckamore is correct. The tests that are used for drug testing are sensitive and detect all drugs in your system. What ever you have used WILL show up as that particular drug. It sounds like something shouldn't be in your system? If that's the case, you will get caught.
Take care, Mollyrae
Krash,
I reread my answer to you and hope it did not confuse you. Actually I should have simply said methadone does not show up the same as oxycontin. That may have been a better, clearer response.

Hello Krash,
Welcome to the Pain Managemnt Forum of MedHelp. You do not say why you are asking. The answer is, Yes they detect differently. I know that some drug tests require a seperate, specific test to detect methadone (and it shows up as methadone).
