for a few weeks now ive had a few pins a needle constantly in my toes and have been itchy and a bit sore.
for a few weeks now ive had a few pins a needle constantly in my toes and have been itchy and a bit sore.
I had pins and needles on my feet and found out that I had low anemia levels and had to start taking b-12 injections. I would advise to see your doctor and let him/her know about your feet and then let them run the appropriate tests.

Have you seen a podiatrist? Perhaps that would cure some of your problems.
I think that bloodwork should also be done to test for any other factors that might be causing the numbness (high hemoglobin, etc). Good luck!
