Sorry about your pain.  We are not doctors, and you must know that a proper diagnosis is necessary for you to have relief.  These symptoms could mean anything at all, and I will not conjecture to scare you to share what it could mean.  Go to the ER if you are in severe uncontrollable pain and suddenly are unable to function.  Our bodies tell us things.  Pain means something, and it can be addressed properly and effectively but you must do the work to get yourself seen.  If you cannot drive call 911 or a friend first to take you to ER or to a primary.  Primary doctors can too order testing to determine the cause or flag of your symptoms.  Take care,  Patty
