its a bit inflamed, the pain is gone but if i touch it it hurts i feel a lump next to the nipple.

We need to do a clinical evaluation to arrive at a diagnosis. We need to rule out whether it is cause by an underlying condition, an insect bite, and other possible causes. Is it inflamed? If it is inflamed, try cold compress (first 2 days) to minimized the inflammation. Put some protective dressing to prevent further irritation from your shirt.
