Thanks for coming back with this news, I was a little worried for you. Now try to find a good way to relax yourself when stress starts piling up, as stress that causes symptoms like that is enough to eventually cause it's own health problems. Something like yoga, meditation or tai chi would be ideal, but plain old exercise  like walking or swimming works also, at least for most people. Learning now to have a healthy response to stress is something that will make the whole rest of your life healthier, whereas if you allow yourself to develop unhealthy patterns now you will find them incredibly hard to change later on in life. I wish you all the best in life and health!

Most of us on the forum are not doctors, but just patients helping each other, so we can't diagnose a problem. Your description of symptoms could cover a number of different possible problems too, so I think you really need to make an appointment with a doctor for a good physical exam. Your description could include some serious problems including pancreatic or gall bladder issues, so please so a doctor soon, and let us know the results. I'm concerned!
