Hi Tazzette,

Welcome to the Pain Management Forum. First let me say, Please excuse my tardy response to your post. It slipped through and I apologize we missed it.

None of us are physicians or experts. Your medical history saddens me. But remember it doesn't mean that your future is the same as your siblings. However I understand your concern. You should be following by an astute and compassionate physician.

I often have dull achy pain in my breasts...I have what used to be called Fibrocystic Disease of the breasts.

This quote is from a trusted medical site, BEGIN: "Fibrocystic breasts are characterized by lumpiness and usually discomfort in one or both breasts. The condition is very common and benign, meaning that fibrocystic breasts are not malignant (cancerous). Fibrocystic breast disease (FBD), now referred to as fibrocystic changes or fibrocystic breast condition, is the most common cause of "lumpy breasts" in women and affects more than 60% of women." END

I am not saying that this is what you have...it is a possibility. Please consult your physician. Try not to be overly concerned...be aware and have everything unusual or abnormal evaluated by your PCP  but please try to enjoy life.

I hope you will let us know what you discover. I'll look forward to your updates.

I'm also hoping that you will be active in our community. We extend our support and suggestions to you. We also welcome new members to participate in post responses, giving suggestions and offering their support to others. So please drop in often.

Best of Luck,
~Tuck
