pain on outside of foot

on outside of my right foot, half way between my ankle and toes, i feel a tearing sensation when i bend my foot at certain angles.  the pain level increases the farther i extend my foot.  please advise what this may be.

Maybe some scar tissue or bone spur that your ligament is could be rubbing along as you move it... I would def have it checked as soon as possible... either by MRI or CAT Scan... Good luck... keep us posted!
