It's probably sciatica, especially if the pain is in your calf. your pregnancy is pushing on a nerve somewhere. The pain can be excruciating, and it's almost impossible to get rid of the pain by lying down, standing, changing positions, etc. this pain has a mind of it's own! I find that even the strongest pain medications doesn't even touch this type of pain. The good thing for you is that your leg pain (sciatica) will most likely be gone once you have your baby, which by my calculations should be like any day now right, or any minute, or even yesterday? I think it's fairly common to have this happen, as it happened to my wife also. I wish you and your baby the best.
