severe sharp pains in my wrist

So lately I have been having problems lifting thins like pots and pans and stuff, and my wrist get extremely weak and sharp, It hurts to move my hands around also. It's more in my right wrist than my left, but im starting to develop it in both. Right now just typing is making them cramp and become extremely stiff and sore. I have no idea whats wrong, and sometimes the pain shoots up to my shoulder. It's so strange

That sounds like carpal tunnel syndrome. I know many people who have had it. It requires a minor surgery to correct it. Again, I know several people who have had the surgery and are just fine now. Just talk to a doctor about it.
