You should get an MRI on your brain, my brother has Multiple Sclerosis and suffered from double vision and problems with the intestines.  MS double vision is side by side, this a big red flag with MS.

Swollen intestines, this is what I do.... when it gets really bad I pop a percoset and pray it doesn't pop while I'm conscience, doctors have no clue what's going on, they say it's IBS, I've had IBS for 18 years ( I just turned 44 ).... I've given up, between this and my double vision I find it easier just to throw in the towel.....  Someday future generations will look back on us and say " those poor primitive people"          Good luck..... we all need it.

There are things you can buy to help the intestines, but this is one of those times when you want doctor advice and medications.
