i took urain test and past for opiates i do endocet 4 times a day hosiptal test why ? looked up a little and i think it will not you have to test for oxy is this right

Endocet is oxycodone aka percocet.... maybe they gave you some in the hospital and expected it to the positive or if you just took it, maybe it had not had the time to process and show in your urine...

it was the standard in office and nurse only said opiates and not oxy i then got one first check 4 drugs test thc cocaine methamphetamine opiates took it myself still neg for opiates took one for oxy pos ?

To an extent you are correct, it depends on the type of test that was done. If the test was a standard immunoessay, it should be positive for oxy and negative for opioids. This is because the essay cutoff is much higher for opioid than for oxy.
