White stool and then green, should I be worried?

Four days ago I noticed that my stool was white and loose. The next day the same thing happened. I had some gerd episodes so I was taking medication that I immediately stopped. The next day and until now my stool is light green (olive green) and more firm. I don't have any other symptoms (pain, fever etc) and a CBC I had a week ago was completely normal. Also 6 months ago I had an ultrasound and they found a 2cm inomioma on the liver but nothing other than that.

Could this be just a side effect of the medication, can this inomioma have this symptom or should I be really worried?
