What should i do? 11 year old with bad behavior

I have an 11 year old step son with opposition behavior disorder and adhd. He is constantly acting out in school. Cleared classrooms because of his behavior. It's a daily thing, but he is fine at home mostly as I hold him accountable for his actions. He rarely get a swat, since he doesn't get his way he told the school shrink he had been beaten and had a small bruise, barely the size of a pinky. It could have came from his ezema or the fight he had that day and now we are being investigated. I have 4 other children that all told the worker he lied and things he said wasn't true. He even admitted that he lies and steals and has done so to get my wife and i in trouble cause he doesnt like me.
I've only been back in the marriage for about 4 months and this is an extra strain while trying to work things out. I don't know what to do with him anymore.

I refuse to even go near him now as he will continue to keep lying on me. The other 4 are perfectly happy and are angry with him for causing the problems. I've done nothing but be vood to him like i have the others.

Someone please help!

Oh wow I am really sorry. I do not have kids but a whole back ago I would disrespect my mom.I understand how he feels having a new mom,it can make a child very depressed causing them to behave rudely. My suggestion is that you try and play a role of his biological mother, you should do some researching on how his mother would treat him in the past and start acting like her,If the mother was a bad mother in the past you should show him what it is like to have a mother that cares.Hope this helps

What would his perspective be on this situation?  You say he doesn't act out at home because you "hold him accountable".  From his perspective,  how would he describe his homelife?  Kids in broken homes are psychologically bruised.
