One of my friend’s has porn on her phone, what should I do?

I’m 13 and one of my best friends is 10. She lives next door to me. She’s always uttered the occasional “dirty” joke and I just shrugged it off. I knew she knew about sex. Our school isn’t the type to hide it for the rest of our lives. Plus, it’s very inclusive and kids talk about sex because they want to and they’re like 12 it doesn’t matter.

Anyways, I had invited her, who we’ll call Sally, and my other friend, Jane. Jane is my age.

Sally got out her phone and started looking through all the pictures with us. She would go through every picture and explain it. We did this occasionally and it was usually pictures from family outings, or selfies, or pictures of her dog.

It was not a picture of her dog. It was a video of her searching up “sex” on Google and looking at the images. We didn’t expect this at all so both Jane and I jumped. She claimed that she had searched it up for a friend. That wasn’t a solid excuse but I was ready to let it go. She’s 10, maybe she’s curious. She was going to find out eventually anyways.

She continued though and the next five pictures were porn. Jane and I freaked out. She isn’t that much younger than us but she’s basically a baby so we took her phone and flipped until we got to the next normal picture.

We ended up going back a little bit and having her explain. One picture was a chat from Omegle. She was sexting a random stranger and saying things like “you make me want to be a lesbian.”

I have a sneaking suspicion she’s already a lesbian but theres nothing wrong with that.

She went on like nothing had happened and that was it. It was a while ago. Jane never said anything and neither did I. Sally’s older sisters used to be really close to me. If I need to tell anyone, I would tell them. Because they’re the same age as me.

Other than that, I’m a little scared for her. She’s super hyper-active. Nothing wrong with that, she’s just an energetic girl. She did get grounded for a month because she stole her mom’s credit card and spent $200 on a video game. I’m worried. Do I let the porn go? Is there a way to help her?
