What to do??

For 7 long exhuasting years i have struggled with my son and his ADHD. After all the aggression,impusivity,crying, and  adhd research i was told that he may now have aspergers. How possilbe is this? Could he be misdianosed for so long? If so and he is finally given the correct diagnoses, is it possilbe for him to lead a full life? too many question? Sorry just a bit over whelmed. with school started ing a i wondering if I should still  start him off in a new school? if any one has any advise please help.......thanks

Its really tough isnt it trying to do your very best for them and relying on the 'experts' who get things wrong , perhaps you wil have to research it your self,Did you ever through the years figure out what triggered his aggression and crying etc? if he was on any strong Meds could they have made him worse, some of them do have side effects ,there is a lot out there about that.I think a new school would be a good thing, a fresh start . Its no wonder you are overwhelmed., but continue to try figure it for your self .
