hypogenesis of ganglia

i have a 3 and a half month old son that has a psuedo intestinal obstruction known as hypogenesis of ganglia (a decreased number and immature ganglion cells) is there any chance that in the future his intsetinals will function properly???
"he is on TPN  and has an ileustomy 180 c"m far from kidney"
plz.. your response if heard of similar cases
