3 year old with foot fetish
My 3 year old son has been obsessed with feet since he was 2. He loves to watch my feet and sisters' feet when we are on the couch. He touches them and stares at them. He is constantly wanting us to take our socks off so he can look at our toes. I am not sure what to do.

In ritualistic compulsive behavior, the behavior first starts at around 18 months to 2 years of age and peaks at 2-3 years of age. Thereafter this behavior dies its own death. You seem crazy ! I've had a foot fetish my entire life and every time a woman asked about it I just lied .
Repression is the worst approach and so is forcing a child to discuss something that they are hardwired to do . Foot Fetishes have been since the beginning of time . You can't shock therapy a person or change behavior all you'll do is alienate kids .
