Distructive, and self abusive behavoir?

We have three children, two boys five and seven years old and a girl ine years old.  Our boy are very distructive, they keep tearing the walls in their room up, they keep shredding their beds, and the youngest is always sneaking things in their room he know he isn't suppose to have in there.  Our oldest boy and our daughter also hit themselves when they get in trouble or get really upset.  I am at my ends wit, and don't know what to do.

Better supervision, how can they behave like this if they are being looked after , set bounderies and do not allow that kind of behavior , put them into time out or when older remove the things they want  for a few days.Give them lots of positive attention, and make sure they have physical activities and Games, sports, they are bored. check out if they behave at school.and if this only at home, this tells you there should be more Parent/child interaction,

try eliminating all sugar and caffine from their diets. buy the boys a punching bag and tell them thats what they are allowed to hit when they feel energetic or angry. It sounds like they need physical outlets for energy, make exercising a game for them let them run laps in the back yard etc..get creative,,if all this fails, id suggest a complet physical for all, rule our add or food allergies, if this is ok then you may have to go for family counseling, try noticing the positive behaviors and complement on them, dont sweat the small stuff, you really have to choose your battles when you have three kids.
