Extrapyramidal Syndrome-- Parkinson's Disease

Please can someone tell me how to differentiate the
above two disorders and difference in their treatment? TIA

extrapyramidal syndrome

extrapyramidal syndrome n. A condition arising from a lesion in the extrapyramidal system or as a side-effect of medication with psychotropic drugs, including such signs and symptoms as tremor, parkinsonism, akathisia, dystonia, akinesia, myotonia, drooling, and absence of facial expression.
