I am 33 mother of to natural births 14 and 6 I was doing a cervical check which I do from time to time and found a hard pea size lump on my cervical wall I have had 2 irregular pap smears when I was pregnant with my 6 year old and 1 when I was 15  I never got back to the doctor for further testing out of fear sex is very painful and makes me bleed I have constant pain in my ovaries I also have problems now with peeing and my discharge usually has blood in it can anyone help with please I am now scared of what could be going on

Hi Worried,
This finding could be a number of things but I highly recommend seeing a physician for an examination.  A previous abnormal Pap smear is worrisome as is any bleeding, pain, and discharge.  I would be hesitant to try to guess what is happening (and that's all I would be doing).  I would be more than happy to walk you through anything that you find out at your appointment.  Let me know what's happening, okay?

Thank you for getting back to me I have no insurance so I am not sure where to go to get checked out and find out. I wish I had of not been so scared back when I was covered I will though update you when I am able to go to the doctor. I will probably have lots of questions so thank you for your offer to walk me tough it all. I hope I can find out what is going on if it is something serious before it is to late.
