Are winter sports dangerous for a child with aortic valve regurgitation?

My question is about a child doing winter sports with a heart condition. My daughter is 3yo & has a mild-moderate aortic valve leak following endocarditis & valve repair surgery.

She is currently very well, active & not symptomatic; we are considering booking a ski holiday next year and I am wondering about whether altitude + cold + activity ( though she will not be skiing - just running around, sledging etc) would typically have a debilitating or damaging effect on a heart with these issues. I am talking to her doctors obviously as well but some insight on the medical/scientific impact of these kind of conditions or others' experiences would be helpful please.
