Baby with Mild pulmonary stenosis

Hi,

Baby was born at 36 weeks and iugr from 32 weeks. He had hypoglaciema, stridor and a heart murmur and hypotonia upper region. Echo showed a small pro at birth but later at 6 month check up no pfo however mild pulmonary stenosis on right side. Baby is on TB meds as he has BCG adenits. Please advice what this stenonsis means?
