Experience with right aortic arch causing dysphagia and breathing difficulty?

My son has a right aortic arch. 3 yrs ago cardio dr saw minimal tracheal compression on chest CTA but was not concerned. Another cardio said as he grew, he would may need surgery as the pressure could increase or cause compression in other areas. Earlier this year ent dr said he noticed that he had an area below his vocal cords that narrowed a bit in his trachea that he had not noticed before. Wondering what your experience has been?
