My 10months baby have 6mm hole in the heart

My baby was born with 2 hole in the heart 0.22cm and 0.41cm at 1 month and by 6months the 0.22cm was closed and left with one hole 0.32cm , now he is 10months and we just check with the hospital and they said the one hole remaining is now 6mm . Please is this a problem for our baby ? He has not be vaccinated because of the hole as the hospital requires the hole to close up first , is this ok ? Health wise , he is sound and health with growth . Please I need some advise
