16 month no wet diaper in 24 hours

I have a 16 month old son and he has not had a wet diaper that has been wet enough to tell since 730 last night, I have been giving him Gatorade milk and water all day. he had diaherra earlier today but it has since cleared up. no fevers since Thursday but he also has been refusing to eat pretty much anything for four days now. today all he had was two baby yogurts and a banana. everytime I try to get him toeat he shakes his head no and throws his food. what can I do to get a wet diaper

Talk to your doctor. Your baby sounds like he is dehydrated, and if he is refusing to eat, there may be something going on. Sometimes, it's a tooth, an infection (ear, nose, or throat), or perhaps something caught in his throat. Call your doctor as soon as you can.

If he doesn't pee pretty soon, call the ER and ask if he should be seen.  Do you think he has a blockage?
