2.5 Year old girl with advanced Precocious Puberty

My daughter is 2.5 years old and already showing some puberty signs.  Breast buds, odor from arm pits, and her bone age is 6.5 years old.  We also know she has enlarged uterus, ovaries, and pituitary gland. We had an MRI recently and have a follow up with ur specialist soon, but was wondering if anyone has experienced a situation as advanced as my daughters.  The MRI showed no sign of any tumor or mass whatsoever, which leaves many questions about what could be causing the majority of her endocrine system to be enlarged.  Most things relate to a tumor being present whether it's benign or not.  At almost three times the normal rate or Precocious Puberty advancement we are really concerned with how the treatment will go.  I have way too many questions to ask but was just looking for some advice from someone experiencing something similar.
