3 month daughter

My daughter is 3 months old and has caught a cold, she's already been to the doctor and we are doing all we can do but I can't help but wonder is it because I placed her crib by the window? Its hot during the day, cool at night, and then a tad cold in the morning. Do you think all these rapid weather changes affected her?

Infants catch colds all the time because their immune systems are very week. She cold catch allergins from the air outside if the window is open.

My girls doc said not to put them under fans.  So I probably would not put her near drafting window either. Take care and good luck.  She'll be fine though.  Have doc test for RSV just in case.

If she is doing okay dont worry and maybe dont put her near the window I doubt unless she was in a big draft you caused the cold ,they are usually caused from person to person, has she siblings ,as she will be in for a lot of them  or young relatives coming by to visit?Dont weigh her down with heavy bedding some light sheets and blanket or coverlet is enough this time of year.She will be okay soon.
