3 year old with recurring high fever

Please help, anyone! My daughter is 3 years old, this is her 3rd week almost in a row, having a fever that lasts for 3 - 4 days and has gotten up to 103. I have taken her to the Dr. repeatedly, and they put her on antibiotics, give her a shot and send us home saying it is a virus. They tell me to rotate motrin and tylenol, which i do. After a few days the fever subsides and she is almost herself again. The fever is always accompanied by stomach being tight or bloated, abdominal pain, diarrhea, vomiting, and a terrible runny nose. Any suggestions? Please help!

My only suggestion is to follow your mother's instincts.  If you're not comfortable with what your doctor is telling you, take her to see another doctor.
