4 day baby unresponsive for 10 seconds after heel prick test

My 4 day old baby boy had his heel prick test yesterday. 30 seconds after the test he became unresponsive for around 10 seconds. It was very alarming for my partner, she said he just went limp like he was playing dead. The midwife took him and gave him a slight shake and he just seemed to wake up and all was normal. The midwife seemed to dismiss it but she apparently looked very worried.

I was not there during this test so am reciting what I have been told by my partner, is this something to be worried about please?

The evening before the test he had been given some Formula for the first time because my partner's milk was not providing enough for him so he is currently on a mixture of expressed breast milk and formula (formula to top up) until her breast milk supplies enough to feed him fully.
